HaiCavalier is committed to providing high-quality and discreet products to every customer. All our products come with a 180-day warranty.
From the order shipment date, if your product develops a manufacturing defect or non-human-caused functional failure within 180 days, we will directly replace it with a brand new product at no cost — you do not need to ship the old item back.
Warranty Coverage
- Applies to all HaiCavalier brand products.
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal use (Material & Workmanship Defects).
What is Not Covered
- Human-caused damage, drops, crushing, water exposure, modification, or improper use
- Faults caused by not following the product instructions
- Products outside the 180-day warranty period
- Damage caused by force majeure events
How to Submit a Warranty Claim (Privacy Protected)

Prepare the following:
- Product issue video (clearly showing the defect or malfunction area — please avoid any personal privacy content)
- Order Number
- Purchase date
- Your contact email and correct shipping address

Processing Flow
- We will review your claim within 1-2 business days after receiving your email.
- Once confirmed as a manufacturing quality issue, we will immediately arrange to ship a brand new replacement — no need to return the original product, fully protecting your privacy.
- The replacement product will continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period.
- If the original product is out of stock, we will provide an equivalent or upgraded model as a replacement.
Additional Notes
- HaiCavalier covers the shipping cost for the first replacement.
- We take your privacy very seriously. All warranty communications and shipments use neutral packaging with no brand name or product information displayed.
